What is a “download”?
What patterns are included in both paid subscription?
You get access to all patterns on the website.
What is the difference between the View-Only and the Full Access?
The main differences in our paid subscriptions is the way you access the patterns. The best value lies in our Full Access subscription.
With this subscription, you’ll are able to download or view every single plattern on the website, including each version of it (perler, hama or artkal). On the other side, with the View-Only subscription you can only view all patterns on the website (you have no right to download them als PDF or print them out).
Are my downloads unlimited as full access subscriber?
No, there is a limitation of 50 downloads a month to make sure a responsible use of our resources is made and to avoid abuse. But don’t worry, you would be able to view every single pattern on the website anyway once you are logged and as long your subscription is active.
Does my subscription includes future pattern releases?
Yes. As long your subscription is active, you wuld be able to download new releases and upgrades of all patterns.
Will I get automatically charged?
You will be charged on the date of your initial subscription, and then automatically charged monthly or annually for your subscription at the then-current monthly/annual rate until you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, although our subscriptions do automatically renew, you are free to cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel, you will keep having access until the end of your pre-paid period. After that your subscription will automatically stop and no further charges will occur. No questions asked.
Is my subscription plan automatically renewed?
Yes. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option. To cancel the automatic renewal of your plan and avoid future non-desired payments you must cancel your subscription from your user’s profile.
Once you cancel you subscription, it will expire at the end of your pre-paid period.
Can I still access the patterns that I purchased individually?
You’ll continue to have unlimited access to every pattern you had purchased individually. See our Terms of Service for more information.
What methods of payment are accepted for the Annual Membership?
The payment methods accepted depend on your location and the contents of the your order. In general terms we accept credit and debit card in all transactions. We acccept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Union Pay. You can also pay through PayPal and Amazon Payments.
